- Fire Ratings: Expressed as –/–/– (structural adequacy / fire integrity / insulation). Sprint F100 shutters are certified for fire integrity of 120 or 240 minutes. No insulation value is provided; consult a fire engineer for drenching solutions if insulation is required.
- Curtain: Roll formed from Bluescope Z275 galvanised steel, BMT 0.95 = 100/1.0mm profile.
- Bottom Rail: Two 50 x 50 x 5 steel angles mounted back to back. No rubber seal included.
- Drum: C350 line pipe with cold-drawn 1020 solid bar axles on sealed roller bearings. Includes Australian-made helical springs for sprung doors.
- Operation: Options include Grifco fire shutter manual hoist or fire shutter motors with fusible link and magnet release. Doors automatically close in a fire event at a controlled descent speed. Available in 240V and 3-phase.
- Finishes: Supplied in galvanised (silver) or Dulux powder coat finishes. Coating applied to both sides of slats as standard for superior protection and colour consistency.
- Weight: Approx. 15.2kg/m² (100/1.0mm), not including drum or motor.
